    These terms govern access to and use of the website www.sanvirgilio.eu and the sale of olive oil products offered by Le Piemont SA.

    All content on this website, including texts, logos, and images (except third-party images in the Local Tips section, which remain the property of the respective businesses), is the exclusive property of Le Piemont SA.

    Use of this website is reserved for persons aged 16 years or older.

    By using this website, you accept these terms and conditions. Product purchases require explicit acceptance at checkout.

    These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

    4. Product Sales Conditions (Olive Oil)

    Seller: Le Piemont SA

    Prices are indicated in EUR and include applicable VAT.

    Currently, orders are placed via contact form and payment is arranged directly with the seller.

    Shipping is currently available only within Belgium. Shipping conditions, costs, and delivery times will be communicated upon order confirmation.

    Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

    Consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason, provided the product remains sealed and unopened. Food products that have been opened cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons (Article VI.53, 4° and 5° of the Belgian Code of Economic Law).

    Legal Guarantee (Defects)

    Although olive oil is a perishable product, under Belgian/EU Consumer Law, the seller (Le Piemont SA) is liable for defects of conformity existing at the time of delivery. For perishable food products, any defect must be reported within 7 days of opening the product, accompanied by photographic evidence and a description of the issue. This guarantee covers only structural defects (e.g., contamination, non-conformity with description) and does not cover deterioration due to natural expiration after the minimum durability date (Best Before).

    5. Limitation of Liability

    This website is provided "as is". Le Piemont SA and Società Agricola Sanvirgilio SRL are not liable for temporary unavailability of the site, content of external links, or events of force majeure. Maximum liability is limited to the value of the order in question.

    6. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

    These Terms and Conditions and all sales contracts are governed by Belgian Law.

    For consumer disputes, the competent court is that of the consumer's domicile.

    For disputes between professionals (B2B), the exclusive jurisdiction shall be the courts of Brussels, Belgium.
